If you thought that Microsoft and Google, two massive public companies will quickly and quietly retiring behind the scenes to continue their struggle after their very public back and forth over the past few days, you would be wrong. Well maybe they are battling behind the scenes, too, but pissing match continues in public places, and good for us!
In order to ensure that covers both parts of this story (and, of course, not because the story is full of great feeds, generating massive interest — and pages), here's the last retort from Microsoft. Once Microsoft Communications Manager, Frank Shaw, firing back at Google in head legal guy, David Drummond, for his most recent update on his blog yesterday. And the show makes it again on Twitter.

This show, claiming that Google held from Novell patent partnership bid so they can find other patents to others. Google's position on this patent has always been that they only want them for defensive purposes, so you know, the CCA must really piss them.
